The hand-hewn spruce log interior of the Cheat Mountain Club lodge, paired with hardrock maple furnishings, creates an atmosphere of timeless comfort and rustic luxury. The Great Room features a large stone fireplace, offering a cozy and restful setting perfect for reading, relaxing, or gathering with friends and family.
Cheat Mountain Club can comfortably accommodate up to 23 guests. Our spacious Spruce Room includes a king-size bed and a private bath, ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a peaceful getaway. The lodge also offers eight additional rooms featuring a total of three queen-size beds and nine twin-size beds. The third-floor dormitory-style room includes one king-size and four twin-size beds—perfect for groups or families. Separate men’s and women’s bathrooms in classic country club style are located on the second floor and are shared by guests.
Guests at Cheat Mountain Club enjoy three delicious meals each day. Our lodge dining specialties include homemade breads, freshly baked cookies, hearty soups, and grilled dinners. We also offer lighter, health-conscious menu options to suit a variety of dietary preferences.
